WHAT DOES A SERVICE CHARGE COST? 

We are proud to say our service charge is one of the lowest in our service area. A service charge is only $49.50 for next day service. We also offer competitively priced Same Day and Saturday service charges.   

• WHAT DOES A SERVICE CHARGE INCLUDE?

A service charge includes the trip to your home, a complete diagnoses of your appliance problem, an estimate of the cost to restore it to working order and an analysis of the replacement cost of the appliance.

• HOW DO I START THE PROCESS TO HAVE MY APPLIANCE REPAIRED BY ALL AMERICAN?

All it takes is a phone call. We will arrange a convenient and flexible appointment, estimate the cost of repair and provide you with an explanation of the problem and the cost associated with the repair.

•   HOW LONG DOES THE REPAIR PROCESS TAKE?

In most cases the appliance can be repaired on the first visit. Should your appliance require a part not normally stocked, the ordering process usally takes a couple of days, depending on the availability of parts.

•  HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT AT HOME ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT?

We are very flexible and creative when it comes to scheduling appointments. Your first option is to schedule a four-hour window. On the day of the appointment you can call @ 9:00 a.m. for a smaller window. (This means no waiting around all day like you do for the telephone company) for those on a tight schedule we can call you at work or on your cell phone up to 1 hour before showing up. Therefore there is virtually no downtime on the day of the appointment. If you cannot be there at all we will call anyone you choose up to one hour before so they may meet the technician at your home. If that is the case we are able to call you wherever you are to authorize and pay for the necessary repair.

•  HOW LONG IS YOUR WORK GUARANTEED?

Our work is guaranteed for 1-year for partsand  90 days for labor. If any parts that were replaced should fail within 90 days the needed service will be covered 100%. Service and labor charges do apply for any parts replaced outside of 90 days but the part is provided free of charge. •  WHAT IS YOUR LABOR RATE?

The best part of our of our service is that all repairs are charged using a flat rate pricing system. Before we start we will give you the exact cost of the repair of your appliance. Therefore it is not necessary to "watch the clock" during or after any repair. Simply put... there are never any "surprises" at the end of the job.

Our techicians are certified factory trained and authorized. They are always eager to learn of the new and exciting developments while attending manufacturers  service seminars.

•   IS MY APPLIANCE WORTH REPAIRING?

Take time to determine whether or not your appliance is worth saving. More times than not people discard their appliances due to misconceived notions of longevity. Our technicians are well equipped to offer their professional advice on this matter. Most appliances are 25 years old or more before the parts are no longer available, All American Appliance Service has contacts with some of the largest part suppliers in the country. Should you need a hard to find part we are the place to go due to vast knowledge of new and old products alike.
